Tumri is actively seeking a Business Development Director to establish and manage partnerships with firms that will enable Tumri to differentiate its services, generate greater advertising revenue and make online marketing more effective and efficient for our advertisers. This position will be responsible for engaging partners throughout the entire process, including prospecting, cold calling, penetration, negotiation, closing, and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in online advertising business development acquisition and account management. The candidate must be highly enthusiastic, professional, disciplined, detail-oriented, and have strong communication, problem-solving sales skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop Business Development plan.
Identify, structure, negotiate and close strategic partnerships with large online publishers, ad networks, data providers and other online advertising firms.
Account manage strategic relationships to drive business to Tumri.
Provide feedback to the rest of the organization on market needs, competitive offerings and successful messaging elements. |
| Requirements |
: |
3+ years of online advertising experience required; ad serving and ad network experience a plus.
Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and growing existing accounts.
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Facility with online marketing business contracts.
Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, collaborative and team oriented work approach.
Ability to complete multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to identify business opportunities for how Tumri can help our partners better serve their advertising customers using joint solutions.
MBA from top tier program or equivalent experience in management consulting, investment banking or corporate development. |
