Spectrum is a project management and IT services company. Founded in 2005, we have developed an impressive list of clients and growing rapidly.
For our ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) practice, we are looking for Sr. Cosultants and Project Managers with proven experience in deploying Commission Systems such as Callidus, Merced or Varicent.
Requirements
- Min 10 years of industry experience in Software or IT Consulting.
- Min 3 years of experience with any one of the leading ICM packages - Callidus, Merced or Varicent.
- Solid understanding of sales and finance operations as relates to Commissions.
- Proven Project Management or System Analyst experience in deploying Commission Systems at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements for the technical team
- Expert in Microsoft Project, MS Visio and other project management tools. |
