Spectrum is a Silicon Valley based software services firm with six years of continuous growth and profitability.
Our Apptio business unit implements a software package that is already being used by companies like Cisco, eBay and Facebook.
This is an early bird opportunity to make a carer in a software package that is in early stage of mass adoption. As Sr. Project Manager, you would have overall responsibility for successful engagement on client implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities
-Own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer engagements implementing the Saas solution.
-Develop strong customer relationships.
-Provide both engagement and technical leadership to the customer.
-Gather functional and business requirements from client.
-Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring technical success.

| Requirements |
: |
- 10+ years of experience in implementing packaged software in mid-large enterprises, with at least three years in manager role.
-Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and scope of work.
-Competent with packaged application software implementation practices.
-Ability to lead client training, design and knowledge transfer sessions both remote and on-site.
-A proven track record of working with senior management and executives.
- Understanding of IT services and financial management (nice to have)
-Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure (nice to have)
